Exams coming in less than two weeks,just one more assignment to go then its full HD mode on! Don’t really have to butt ass to pass but distinctions, here I come.
Hung out with lukey today, and bought a guitar, went home started doing a few things, and next thing I know flat mate pops out and starts teaching me new things. Three hours later, and bruised fingers galore I feel satisfied although a bit jealous of her good guitar skills. Will keep practicing.

Today I went to watch Florence + The Machine’s concert at Burswood Dome. Holy 76545jejrhwrg8349r38163g4tjg42i3rh8!! I never expected Florence to be so great live or to be so engaging with the audience. Her commitment was sentenced when she was carried on stage due to a foot injury whilst waiting to return for the encore. Definitely one of the best concerts ever if based solely on the artiste’s performance: no fancy stage props, no high-tech visual effects and absolutely no dancers. This is exactly what all Florence + the machine’s fans wanted, as did I.
She sounded amazing, her band performed almost to perfection. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that the harpist was a guy! So much talent in one band >.<. Also first time I lifted a girl up to my shoulders during a concert, meh wasn’t that hard hahaha.
I guess I am still in the whole hype of watching florence. She was politely humble without formality. Her casual yet captivating personality captured us all big fans and small. Her performance was if nothing, even better than the studio releases.
I hope you stick to your sound Flo’, you will be the one band I regret not spending more on for a better ticket this year :)
